No dear. Worst problem is overpopulation. When people can't feed themselves they have no right to being more humans in this world. Charity isn't something they should be relying on. Even blinds n lame also earn their livelihood. Govt provides free education n food in schools. Still people don't go n get educated. Their fault.
We are also a part of the society. So its our responsibility also if we are capable of doing things for other if they really needed then why not us.
