I really value Suarez but you really got something wrong... Lewandowski was scoring more than Suarez in his "prime". Ok, lets say we wouldnt count national appearances: its still 55 goals in 47 matches for lewandowski (1,17 goal a match; he had even better goal a match ratio next season with 48 goals in 40 appearances) vs 59 goals in 53 matches for Suarez (1,11). Moreover, Suarez had ONLY ONE season with more than 40 goals (oh well, he got almost 50 goals in youth ajax team as well, didnt he?).
And ye, calendar year... Lewy - 69, Suarez 56. Thats quite significant difference.

Suarez beat prime Messi and prime Ronaldo to the Pichicci. In the 15/16 campaign, Suarez scored 53 times (40 in La Liga, 8 in UCL, and 5 in club World Cup) and assisted 20 times (16 in La Liga and 4 in UCL). Don’t forget that La Liga was a clear second above Seire A, Ligue 1, and Bundesliga. I would also rather have Suarez than Lewa for a free kicks, ground crosses, and physicality.

@@michaelclark1330 But... Lewandowski scored more free kicks and has better pass accuracy than Suarez had... Also more goals and more goals in prime. And well, in 2019/20 Lewandowski scored 55 (in less matches btw. 34 Bundesliga, 15 Champions league, 6 in German cup).
Lewandowski had 8 seasons with 40 + goals. Suarez had 1. I dont even get your perspective.

@@krowaswieta7944 La Liga was (and to a lesser extent, is still) sooooooo much better than Bundesliga. Bayern has won the Bundesliga for a whole decade whereas La Liga has had three winners in the same time frame (with more competitive tertiary teams like Sevilla, Villarreal, and sometimes even Valencia). We’ll never know how Lewa would do when La Liga was still a very good league, but we do know that Suarez outscored Messi and Ronaldo given the same conditions! That bit can’t be missed; these two players have had their what would be 12 year reign in a very competitive league interrupted by Suarez. Lewa’s conditions, on the other hand, varied since he’s on the best team (by miles) in the 4th best league in Europe.

@@michaelclark1330 Why Lewandowski scores as many goals in La Liga as in Bundesliga? Why Haaland scores more in PL than in Bundesliga?
Why Bayern was scoring on average 100 or less goals a season and Real and Barcelona over 110 (up to almost 130)? Barcelona and real were also creating more chances a match than Bayern...
For real mate, study the stats.
Anyway, what would you say about thier CL stats then? Lewandowski (86 in 106 matches, 0,81 a match) has higher goal a chance even than both Messi (125 in 156, 0,8) and Ronaldo (140 in 183, 0,76).
Not to even mention Suarez - 27 in 73 matches, 0,36.
Burrusia, Bayer, RB did better in CL than any other club than Real, Barcelona and Atletico. BvB is in fact on pair with Atletico in terms of results since 2010.

@@michaelclark1330 Or let me put it in another way. When Lewandowski scored his 41 goals in (!) 29 matches, Bayern scored IN TOTAL 99 goals (in all matches ofc).
When Suarez scored 40 goals in 35 matches, Barcelona scored 112 goals.
