Man Cruz is highly underrated with his fighter breakdowns. Can't say he doesn't do his homework.
I'd say he's rated pretty fair, he gets loads of respect for his analysis.

amazing how off Dom Cruz was in every single thing he said. nothing he said would happen happened. izzy did not pressure strickland, it was the opposite. izzy did throw leg kicks but strickland checked every single one of them. no wrestling from strickland. the worst part is leg kicks. you can see in every sparring video on youtube that strickland stands on one foot like a freakin karate kid and is immune to leg kicks yet Cruz still highlighted that as main weapon for Izzy. what the heck. a 5 year old could of seen that leg kick will not work on strickland due to his strange style. Cruz needs to start watching some video footage.

I'm just saying that's his only chance of beating izzy... no way he can beat izzy on the feet and izzy has good takedown defense and gets back up right a way.

This fight will be Sean vs abus 2, the only difference is that Izzy is much better and will not gas out in 1 round, we seen in the first round of Sean vs Abus, abus was getting him good with low kicks and body kicks, I’m a big Strickland fan but this fight won’t be close😂
Izzy will not be as agressive as abus, abus was genuinely going for a finish, he had no cardio but at least he was true to his word. Izzy just says hes gonna "show off and show out" but hes a point fighter who can only get a knockout on a counterpunch, not from initiating his own offense. Sean is very offensive though (pun intended) so maybe izzy can make something happen.

There's levels to this game, and I personally think we're going to see a master class from the champ before he puts Sean away.

Jared should've gotten it, imo. Sean getting a title shot off an unranked opponent is a joke compared to Jared smashing Marvin. Sean was probably just easier to sell because Cannonier vs Adesanya 1 was so recent.
marvin rocked jared bad twice in the first round and jared said he was out on his feet and backed up to the cage to stay up, marvin has no fight iq otherwise he would have won easy when jared was hurt
