KwaZulu-Natal Premier Thami Ntuli has elected the MEC of Transport and human settlement in the province Siboniso Duma in the role of Leader of government business. The announcement follows after the two day cabinet Lekgotla held in Durban, aimed to find solutions to combat social ills.
During the press briefing, Premier emphasized on the importance of municipalities to receive clean audits annually.
