I love how when the priest comes to bully Jesus and the blind man, Jesus puts his hand on the blind man's head as if he is protecting his child. It makes you think of when Satan comes to bully us and mock us and give us doubt, our Lord is there with his hand on our head....protecting us.

Robert Powell played along side Jasper Carrot in The Detectives. One of the best comedies on UK TV. Jasper a comedian, was asked how he felt about working alongside such a great classical actor, I feel a bit guilty, He was Jesus Christ once but now I brought him down to my level.

I thought it was interesting how the blind man said 'Leave my eyes alone. I don't want you to touch my eyes, you are hurting me'. It kind of sounded like he wanted to live in darkness (physical darkness is what I am referring to) because that is all he knew, but when he truly saw it was completely amazing and would never go back to his old life. It's kind of like that with sin. We want to stay in spiritual darkness because we are sinful and it's all we know, until we accept what Christ is trying to tell and show us. After that why would we want to go back to the awfulness and darkness of sin?

I have read that biblical scriptures,but i find it hard to believe that God would not forgive someone. What if they were not in their right mind when they spoke those worlds. Again i respect your opinion as well,but we need to look at the holy scriptures in a different light.
God in his word makes it clear. When someone commits an unforgivable sin they will not want to repent..no repentance=no forgiveness. Very simple.The Holy Spirit convicts our hearts of sin. I have read that biblical scriptures,but i find it hard to believe that God would not forgive someone. What if they were not in their right mind when they spoke those worlds. Again i respect your opinion as well,but we need to look at the holy scriptures in a different light.
God in his word makes it clear. When someone commits an unforgivable sin they will not want to repent..no repentance=no forgiveness. Very simple.The Holy Spirit convicts our hearts of sin. But if someone rejects the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness. How can they? They don't even believe they are a sinner.

I'm glad that my eyes are finally opened after all these years (spiritually).. i'm also grateful that i was born healthy. people, including myself, take our healthy bodies for granted but they were given to us by God. Even if you are not healthy, i'm sure there's reasons for that as well. There's so much to be grateful for. I love it.

Absolutely true what he said in the end. "I came into this world to give sight to those who cannot see and to take away sight from those who can." and "If you were blind, you would be without sin. But since you say 'we see', your sin remains. No clearer words to explain how once you know the truth you are responsible for following it. And that before we know that truth we are not condemned by it.
