Se me ocurria una idea . Para enfriar el motor ebike. Y es el de hacer el eje perforado por ambos lados para poder meter sonda de temperatura y algun tipo de tuberia para ingresar aire a presión al interior del motor y que eso permita una circulacion del aire . Osea meter aire frio y hacer que el aire caliente salga por otra tuberia . Se podra usar como ese tipo de bonbas de aire para acuarios . Quizas se podria engrosar el eje para permitir hacer perforaciones mas grandes en el eje y asi poder implementar la idea que dije antes. Igual se podria hacer como en los PC con el sistema de enfriador de agua . Con un sistema de recirculación hacia el interior del motor y luego sacando el agua por pequeños tubos que salgan y entren por el eje. Para luego enfriar el agua en el exterior por medio de un radiador . . En todo caso son solo ideas .
🔨 out the Bamboo clips might not be the best idea. This could also cause a misaligned. Cut it and use a heat gun to pull the copper out. I did the same thing on a teardown and copper weight analyses. I know from own experience. Hell of a job. But you are a do it man. I like it. Kaputt yes. 5 star's. Go for it
I did it differently: sharp big knife and a hammer to shave the windings off the side of the stator. The remaining bundle of straight pieces of copperwire in the slots, I punched out with a hammer and screwdriver.
