@@anand_patel_91 No, polarity badalne se kuchh fark nahi padega cause assumed direction of current is from B to A. Here the given cells are not used for flow of current, rather some other source (not visible in the diagram) is used. So it doesn't depend upon the given cells.

Kirchhoff's Current Law:
Net incoming current at a point of junction is equal to net outgoing current at a point of junction and there is zero accumulation of current at a point of junction
It is based on charge conservation principle
Rule:
If we go from lower potential to higher potential: V = + EMF
If we go from higher potential to lower potential: V = - EMF
If we go in the direction of current: V = - iR
If we go opposite to the direction of current: V = + iR
And these all will be equal to 0
Kirchhoff's Voltage Law: Net potential difference over a closed loop is zero
