I don’t mind automatics there perfect for beginners and Manuel’s you have to worry about stalling in the middle of the road unless you know how to use a Manuel with automatics you don’t have to worry about it me personally I will get mine in a automatic 2005 mustang coupe to start with I will probably stick with it

Fun fact: the automatic 5R55S transmissions shift faster than the TR3650 manuals. Coming from a Ford tech of 19+ years....but what do I know LMAO

@overtorque828 I've heard the 5R55S reliability is somewhat suspect. I'm thinking on getting a mustang with one soon. Is this coming from people who don't service their vehicles and expect them to be bulletproof or is it actually generally unreliable?

@@TechBrosGamingChannel 5r55s has an issue with the servo bore going out on many of them. Search it up, issue also happens on other vehicles with this same transmission, theres a video of it on yt of a mechanic taking it apart and explaining the flaws. I went with manual transmission and it is my first stick shift car, it was hard to get the hang of it at first but it was soo rewarding when I finally got it right. Mine has 130k miles 06 GT v8 and runs beautifully, I would recommend stick, if you go automatic make sure to have at least 1500 stored in your bank for when the servos eventually go out. Enjoy your stang!
