Join me in todays video as we release another episode of the Reefer Oasis Koi Farm Part 13: ***Koi Fry Ponds, Overflows and full aeration***. Its been a long time coming for the koi farm episode but it will be worth the wait!
We go through building the overlfow system, adding in some koi fry, as well as the full lake aeration being complete!
There has been a lot of updates on the farm, which you wont see until winter time. The reason for this is the amount of drastic changes coming, i want to be able to get ahead of time with content so i can keep dropping the videos twice a week through the winter.

Love the vids jack, I watched for some time and subscribed recently , maybe try stringing old cd’s or dvd’s on fishing line above the pond, used this method for years I live on the flight path for the local here population between large local lakes and the river ,they don’t like the shiny things flying above the water ,so they don’t land, have not lost a koi since I used this idea I was told about this by an old fish farmer. But he used a shotgun as well !

loving all of your vids I've been binge watching and I've learnt so much. I don't own any koi as of yet but will be building a pond once I've finished learning

Hello mate you said your still spawning koi at the end of the video. Is there anything you do to get them to spawn other than water temp etc ? Do you put anything in to trigger them to spawn ?
