That happens mostly everywhere 😞 and I never understood this concept why I have to work extra after finishing the assigned work and Target. We can do it as an exception but this happens always and demotivates employees and most of us then reduce our efficiency to avoid extra work and match the pace. Best hai jitna bola hai utha he Karo utne time me even though you can finish early. Don't over do it or else you are #$@$ed👻
I'm working around 13-14 hrs daily (doing office and after coming home doing again). Not like just simply sitting before laptop, delivering quality work.
Leave Infosys immediately..14 hrs is too much.. don't compromise your physical and mental health. Infosys is not going to be with you for entire life...just take care of yourself.

"Infosys are going to start heavy layoffs in upcoming months." not only Infosys other MNC too.

Bro I completly disagree with you...indian take there work casually.
The actual reason is Indians take there work very seriously. Any work we get we tried to complete it on before time. And once you show your work...more work are alloted to you and are expected to complete it on time.
In india labour laws are very very weak. HR will always support management...
In foreign country..labour laws are very strong..eg in Christmas vacation in US or Uk...every one goes for leave for two weeks..All work get defferd and foreign peoples they are very strict on theirs holidays...no one even speak...but in India we get holidays on client basis 😂😂😂😂

Manager is not ready to listen to employees, they just want their employees to work on support projects like machine. Now they are calling to office without any considerable salary increase to manage RENT , FOOD, TRAVEL expenses...After spending all salary on these expenses, a fresher will hardly save penny 😂, Worst culture to work as a fresher.😂 Better join some startup with higher salary package or WFH.

Hr asked my friends to resign and get salary upto notice period. But my friend ignored Hr and They didn't resign.
But within month itself they Terminated my friends who was on Bench.
