Tom, I hope you get those moments like Judd described. I took my mom to see you at the capital theatre in Clearwater earlier this year, and I haven't seen my mom laugh that much and continuesly, ever. That is a memory I will always cherish. So thank you for your part in that.
I have tremendously enjoyed both of you and your work for more years than I know. It was extremely pleasurable seeing you and listening to the two of you together. I loved it. Thank you for a lovely beginning to my day. I am 85 years old, so I have been keeping track of both of you for a while. Hope you both keep going doing great stuff.

Young people continued to love him because he always told us the truth just at the time when you are turning from a child who thinks adults know everything and are in charge to realizing they are just dumb tall people and nobody is in charge and we've been lied to. George would swoop in and give it to us straight so we could trust him.
