Any story about him acting like this, i find to be very stupid. Its bad enough that the original story had him get so bent outta shape over the truth that he couldn't be a hero. Thats like getting mad because brittle bone disease keeps you from being in football. Be realistic! Thats your life if you are caught up. Even bat man has suffered extreme injuries and he trains for this shit. Why hes like this as smart as he is, baffles me.
…u understand that he was discriminated his whole life, beaten, laughed at, and even suicide baited right? And imagine the person u looked up to ur whole life just coldly dismisses ur dreams? Any young person would be devastated. Ending yourself isn’t the answer ofc, but it’s hard not to sympathize with deku
@qsings8674 I do sympathize with deku. But sometimes you gotta be a little realistic. As a kid I get it, that's your dreams but as a teen? Some stories written about midoriya show him using the intelligence that he's been given and realizing there are other ways to get things done. Every story like this shows him being a crybaby. They also show him still trying to be bakubitch's friend even though the guy is a total asshat. I dont know. I'm not knocking his pain. I get why they write him like this. But damn, let's push that intellect he has instead of throwing him a pity party and a girlfriend and saying, "this will do." Growing up is realizing that dreams don't always come true. And that that dream may not be for you. It's all good though I still loved the story.
