for your health open all your windows to air out the chemicals from the new carpet . If your eyes burn when you are there it could be the carpet . a couple of days should help. put your bowl of ammonia in front of the a.c. intake . turn on just your fan , all windows open house will smell like clean sheets on the clothesline. .
I would NOT use ammonia! I once read that a bowl of white vinegar in a room will eliminate new paint smells and, after reading that, I have used it to eliminate other smells, even from my cat's litter box. That would definitely be healthier than ammonia!

I used to manage apartments, and I often saw when siblings had to share a room, the parents gave them the master. In your case, the boys would have their own bath and you and your daughter would share a bath. Makes it (in theory, at least) easier to keep clean, as girls are usually tidier than boys. I live in a 3 - 2 bath trailer a bit Over 1000 sq foot. I gave the master to my oldest son, more space private bath. Better for his age, friends and privacy . It allows him to stay at one end without evading privacy. My youngest and myself have our own rooms and share the other bath. Much better setup when crunching single mom -hood and teens. Of course crunching rent prices too have to have open mind.

The layout is nice. Plenty of cabinets and closets. The kitchen is really nice. I love the stainless steel and the marble countertops and desk area. I always wanted a desk area like that. But if it doesn't work for a desk you could make that your coffee, hot chocolate bar. The hardest part with apartments and cats is where to put the litter box! I have 2 cats and also live in an apartment. I cant wait for a decorate with me video! Or a moving in video while yall move stuff in. Its so hard renting and deciding what to keep and get rid of place to place. You never know what will fit where. And I don't like buying new things for specific apartments and then moving and doesn't work in the new place. Thats when theifting and garage saling is great, but ours are all closed still due to COVID. (Houston, Tx).

Yes! I live in a small ranch home and I love it! Everytime my mom video calls she says it seems so hectic at my place lol but I tell her it's not..it's that in a small home we spend more time together cause we are so much closer together. I love it..the noise..it makes my house feel like home ❤️

Your apartment looks almost like ours an Advenir place. Ours is almost 980sq ft. And I see you have the same can as us we have trash service every night. We have been in ours since Jan. No fireplace which I miss from our old restored house. We love ours. Happy for you guys this is smaller but so much nicer.
juliane morey she's not staying there long. I would hate that she gets a dining set and then it won't look good in her forever home. Unless she gets a used cheap dining set at a thrift shop to use for a year.

She can't afford to buy. Her baby daddy's do not pay child support.
Also it depends. Buying a house isn't necessarily a better investment. Consider costs of maintenance and repair and taxes etc
