This is such a meaningless glitch, its photo mode why would they extensively playtest that? Remember skyrim had a glitch where you would have to restart because certain actions would make essential-npcs never spawn, and you wouldnt find out hours after the issue occured, making reloading impossible. I found a glitch that gives you a lightning suit like the lightning effect from those electro dogs can stick to you but I dont know exactly what causes it it is super cool though once triggered you can swing around and do everything with a lightning effect suit
I randomly got light up webs i was doing the final flame mission during my battle the webs turned to bright flashes of light that took down the enemies instantly.
