As a senior, I’ve learned all this within the past month. Everything this dude is saying, extremely true. I pretty much did everything said here (except dropping a bag on sneakers lol) and I get way more compliments on the way that I present myself and dress, and in return boosting confidence aswell

Also a good tip for us teens, personally i like getting used clothing a lot, can be a very good option and ive been using it for years, even for shoes it can work. Ive gotten pairs of Air Max 97s for 30 - 50 bucks b4. With the shoe rotation, personally ive been getting into reps, i can buy shoes i really like for a very good price, calling out doesnt exist anyways.

one thing i would like to add about skincare, i had awful breakouts on my face and on my body and couldnt find a fix. if recommended by a dermatologist, consider taking acutane. it changed my life forever
Marshall’s is my number 1 place because sometimes they have designer clothes or brand clothing for very cheap, like I got a Keith haring memebers only jacket for 20 bucks I also found a nice linen shirt for summer

He’s right about the designer no way cares. My parents have money so I get that I do have the nicest car at school as well. But no one really cares I may get asked if a friend can get a ride in my car or compliments about my clothing. But I try to style it well it’s just what I have and what my parents get me.

For the whole "shop at affordable stores" thing, go thrifting! About 80% of my wardrobe is thrifted and if you know what you're doing, you can snag some rad stuff for cheap.
