As a person struggling with anxiety, watching this series made me relate to Justin so much. He has an amazing wife who obviously loves him and is willing to learn to be part of his recovery. He also has a great team that never left his side through it all. He will be alright doing what he loves on his own terms.

I am a 65 year old grandmother who has taken my now 18 year old granddaughter to all of his concerts since he began. I have always admired his God given talent. I saw him at the last Purpose tour and it was sad to see how empty he appeared to be in comparison to all of his previous shows. I told my granddaughter we need to pray for his health not looking good. Hoped he would not become another statistic. I also have suffered with a lot of demons and recognized the signs. I am so proud of how he is letting people see his struggles. It helps all people and all ages (just like me) feel like maybe we stand a chance of coming out the other side. What a beautiful soul you are Justin. God speed. Praying for your continued healing by our Heavenly Father.

Just from watching his documentaries I have so much respect for Justin and hayley, I just love them so much
The most poignant bit of this for me was when he held the photo saying that he was just a human being experiencing emotion and that that’s okay. I loved how much peace he seemed to be with himself in that moment. It was such a moment of vulnerability and authenticity. Also Hailey “whether you are Justin Bieber or doing a 9-5 job, we all have bad moments in our day” I love how they are sharing their imperfect moments. Life can be up and down and it’s about finding peace in the chaos. Especially resonated with me as I did my 9-5 job today and there were moments that were difficult and emotionally draining today but seeing a whole room of residents sparkle and come to life as I played music from their era and handed them instruments and danced with so much enthusiasm (I’m a terrible dancer btw!) that they themselves got up and danced and laughed and sang taught me what life is all about and that is about sharing and giving out love (I’m an activities coordinator for sixty residents with dementia). Thanks Justin and Hailey for daring to bare all. You helped me unwind after a really busy day at work. 💖

When he said he doesn’t feel confident while talking anymore because he feels like he’s being judged explains a lot why he’s looked so off on some of the interviews he’s made recently. Having been on the receiving end, I know that when you’re healing, you’re not in best shape to simultaneously give back and it’s good to simply focus on getting better yourself, gratefully receive any support and once you’re somewhat healthy, you then start to give back and be there for this person when they need you. We don’t need to know the details of their relationship or question anything, when we have plenty of learning to do ourselves. Peace ✌🏼

The first time my husband cried to me, I only wanted to cradle him in my arms as if he were one of our little boys because he was crying over the loss of his best friend's dog. I cried with him at that point. He doesn't cry often, but when he does, we become one and I don't let him go until we have gotten through it. He is so vulnerable and sexy when he bares his soul to me. A man who isn't embarrassed to cry over something that cuts into the heart is a real man. I was so blessed the day he came into my life.
The fact that he has overcome his bad season and is still fighting to overcome his bad days, the way that his mental health has improved this much just give hope that maybe I can do it as well, I could win the fight over depression. This mans a light on darkness. Thanks for sharing your story Justin, ur saving lives without knowing it.

You CAN do it, from the point of view or someone who at one point did not want to live and actually tried to commit suicide because life didn’t feel like it was worth living, it can get better. You have to really put in a lot of effort though. Four years of therapy later, things are a lot better, but I couldn’t have done it without my therapist. Keep going, no matter how you feel. It can always get better. Don’t be afraid to ask for help though. Yesterday in class, I had a bit of an anxiety attack and silently burst into tears in my degree lecture. Moved to the back. Asked someone to come sit with me. Picked myself up, dusted myself off and finished the day. Everyone has bad days, bad weeks, bad months and even bad YEARS, but it doesn’t equal a bad life. This was beautiful. Showing these parts of the not so glamorous and perfect world that we all just ASSUME someone in your position lives in an every day is incredibly eye opening. There are so many people out there, myself included, who struggle with growing up and maturing and learning how to cope with our emotions because we weren't given the tools to learn how to regulate or create a schedule for ourselves. These days I cry over everything and it feels so good sometimes...I pushed away my pain for so long and now it's finally caught up to me and it's been a major shock...sometimes I don't know who I am and sometimes it feels like I get a glimpse of myself in small ways. The best thing is that we can reinvent ourselves and surround ourselves with good people who care about our well being and want the best for us. I wish you well on your journey to good health. You're on the right path and the best is yet to come

My best friend and i saw Justin in 2013 and at that time she was so crazy in love with Justin and cried where she saw him. Atbthat time i never understood why she cried where she saw him and i never understood why she was so crazy about him .. until now 7 years later .. i started looking at his documentary about his life and yes now i understand why people love him so much. They love him not only because of his voice or that he is famous, rich, looks good but the people love him because of his character, he is such a great person with a good heart. I think so many fans just don’t get it, they have like no compassion, or they don’t show empathy and honestly they have no right to judge him because 85% of people couldn’t handle what he goes through in his everyday life. Like he’s got no privacy, cameras are constantly in his face wether in his personal life or when he’s just out trying to do regular things. I know as an empath that I truly feel for famous artists because they deal with so much more than people actually know. He’s got the paps constantly following him everywhere he goes and that’s horrible having to deal with that every time you leave your home. People need to try to put themselves in his shoes and think to themselves “would I want people doing this to me, could I handle this”. He’s got such a constantly busy life every day and has a lot of pressure to deal with. But he has an incredibly supportive, loving, compassionate wife. Haley has definitely been a wonderful influence on him and is his number 1 fan/supporter. He’s a lucky man to have such an amazing woman as his wife! 💯💗☺️
