These things are usually picked well in advance but kept secret. They wait till the babies can smile and move a bit before they start filming.

kbs filming this family since oktober last year?? but they join recently
+Nchuu Choco kbs has already prepared them since last year but there's still a lot of families back then, so they postponed this family's appearance. tros just keep it as a secret to us until their official appearance. just like triplets and sarang whom leave this show, they've been decided since last year but kbs won't make us to disappoint so they keep said that it was just a rumor until they're really left from the show.

The medical team is so kind.Is it different treatment cz they are celebrities? In my country, nurses in govt hospitals and even in pvt ones slap the woman in labour if they cry out in pain.and they are e exposed.here they were respectin the dignity of the mother as much as possible.
