This was a excellent video! I knew a lot of what I was seeing from ball reaction from a asym vs my sym balls. But u explained why, now I can make better choices..

Love the video, great info and I could see this channel grow to be one of the best. The only small critique would be add another video angle of the ball going down the lane, like the basic zoomed view from the back right.

Noted! We usually have the camera directly overhead of the lane we’re using and we’ll make sure to do that next time for a better view.

Still kinda new to this, but my question is, Would a pearl symmetrical react similarly to an asymmetrical solid, or does the core outweigh the importance of the coverstock?

Is widow 2.0 good for low rev bowlers on house shot??

  • @daviddeiss7907

What, no short pin ball? I'm slightly rev. dominant with lower speed and I bowl in a bowlero house and yes there is friction, I use a pearl asymmetrical drilled short pin and I feel that it keeps me from getting left too fast and cuts down the hook allowing me to play a little more direct with good carry. Not the greatest for super steep angles but could come in handy.

I learned more about asymmetric vs symmetric on this video than I ever have. I’m low rev medium to medium high speed, straighty basically. I’ve always liked Syms more and this explained to me a lot why, continuation. Tho I do like some asyms more lately but getting more on the backend with a sym makes a lot of sense to me why I’ve liked em more. Thank you so much and love your vids!! ❤️🎳

Is your entire arsenal 14 pounds? Including the Hazmat? If so, how has the performance been on them? I made the switch to 14 and I'm building a new arsenal. Thank for the content!

The Widow on the table looks like a 2.0 Hybrid, but your favorite is the 2.0. Just wondering. Good vid.

Noticed the Hazmat was plugged and since you have Specto at your center, how much does plugging a ball change ball motion compared to a single drill? I would think that there is a difference since the core voids are being replaced with a less-dense resin. I feel like it is a question that everyone has an opinion on, but there is no hard data to back up either side?

The reason why this ball was plugged was because it was another staffers ball and he didn't care for the layout. I took it to experiment with this layout. Being drilled once before will be different than an a single drilled ball. Now trying to figure out what difference pre-drilling is difficult. In this example, I know the core numbers should be similar because the staffer is a two finger bowler and his grips were drilled shallow and didn't touch the core. This is a common discussion, which I don't have an exact answer for. At the end of the day, it's all about reading that balls motion.
