🤔 Pagkaalam ko, computation of floor area is hindi lang yung closed space ng lote na patatayuan ng bahay kundi per floor pa yan & what if balconies are 10sqm front & back of the house (example lang po terrace/balconies is 2x5sqm sa front & 2x5sqm sa back)?
Example number 1:
25sqm x 2 floors = 50sqm if up to 2F di po ba?
Example number 2:
25sqm x 2 floors (with 2F open space balcony sa front & back of the house, bale 10sqm each balcony) = 50sqm parin po ba computation?

Solid explanation Arki. Clarify ko lang, kasi sabi mo hindi kasama yung mga spaces na walang cover like garage and lanai, pero di ba may mga houses na may cover na yung lanai at garages, ibig sabihin ba kasama na siya sa floor area pricing?

Hello Sir Ed new subscriber po sir Randy, simula ng dumating ung title ng lupa namin na 42sqm lagi na ko nanood sa mga video nyo, plan po namin mag pagawa ng 2-3 storey house, ung 1st floor ay may konting structure na part kasi ng row house, thinking kung how much ipe prepare na pang gastos, ung 3rd floor kahit open space na may bubong lang. mukang maganda tipid ung EPS. May estimate po ba kayo? salamat in advance!
Arch Ed Hello po. May lote po ako nakuha na puro punong buko at overlooking the calubcub beach and mountain view sa San Juan Batangas peo di naman po sya beach front... Nais ko lang na retirement ko po konti taninm tanim at kung maari na me Cafe o Events Place at may 3 small cabin house bukod sa aking house na good for 3 BR lang naman po. sana po un nagbleblend sa nature at hindi aalisin lahat ng puno. sana mabigyan ng idea paano maganda po.

Sir arc ED yun bang 20K per square meters mura ng estimate sa isang bahay na shed type may tie beam baba at may beam din sa taas, standard aluminum analoc windows with square bars grills, ordinary wood na mga doors, long span roof channel bar at c purlins , dry wall na kisame sa loob at spandrill sa labas , ordinary tiles sa floor pati cr at kitchen ordinary lavatory , toilet bowl at kitchen sink.. pinturado pero hinde duco... Posible ba kasya yung 20K per square meters sa labor and materials ... Sana masagot po... Tnx.

Ask ko lang sana, pwede bakong mag hire ng sariling contractor ko after ko magpa design sa arki with engineering plan.
I mean pwede bang hnd sila ang gumawa ng dinesign nila?
Naguguluhan kasi ako😅 Kung kapag nagpadesign kailangan sila na agad ang gagawa at hnd na pwede nag hire ng ibang gagawa.
Balak ko kasi, magpa design tas bilin ko muna ang mga materials. Then kapag complete na ang materials saka ako nag apply ng building permit at ipagawa ko sa contractor.
Possible po ba iyon?
