This is the cleanest city downtown I have seen in the Philippines!
Because everyday lots street sweeper..
Thats just the downtown, like the center of the town. There are a lot more places to explore, going those side streets. You would be surprised as to how large the real place is.

It is cool but not cold and never hot also it is shielded from typhoons. I lived there for a while and really liked it.

Nasa malaybalay capitol kaamulan ground ang maraming pine trees hindi lang sya pumunta doon.. kaya tinatawag syang the city of pines
