Dr. Moses is a good guest and listener.
I think he is used to listening. He always waited for his turn
I wish the psychologist was given more time to speak, with minimal interruption. When you bring an expert, please do more listening.
I realise that I am so blessed that my husband gets vulnerable to me when he can't do this in groups. I urge women to listen to your men and let them share extensively about their dreams and weaknesses and not judge and gossip about them
I believe wives are the first helpers â€
What a beautiful way to help us recover from the side effects of the previous episode. Well done ladies and Dr. Mpanga has really done us justice.

Hahahaha
Thank you so much for inviting this emotionally intelligent and respectable man. It was very refreshing and insightful to learn from him and all your perspectives.
Great episode
Barbara's energy today is contagiousđđ
Thank youâ€
Thank you for watching â€
I hope the other men in the previous episode watch this so that they can change their toxic messaging.
True that. Throughout that whole episode my belly kept turning into knots wondering how men could speak like that about women.
Stop mixing topics. Ther view was for specific group of people not simps and feminist.
Stop naming it toxic
Why so rude?â@@aishahussein2122
Beverly hasn't changed true, then and now still looking beautiful. Nice photo Beverly, beautiful family
Yes,we needed this after kyamagero's scenesđ . Well done ladies

Am I the only one who wasn't bothered by what uncle Kyamz said I knew that show would spark fire đđ, anyway let me dive into today's show because I feel like we all misunderstood Mr kyamagero.
You're not alone, I think the sensationalism had its effect as well.
@@christinenakazzi280 true, he was misunderstood
Yeah...actually....
Totally agree
Not bothered at allđŻ canât even find the issue đ€·ââïž
Wallah we needed this đđđđbecause tubadde tetunazikiza nga tukyayilibba mr chamzđđđđ

Bev, I just started watching today's show, and I'll admit that I was initially skeptical after seeing your intro video. As a poet and writer, I thought you might use overly complex language, making it hard for us to follow. But I've been pleasantly surprised! You've won our hearts and support with your thoughtful representation and handling of challenging guests last week. We appreciate constructive discussions and respectful differences of opinion. I'm excited to see the impact your brilliance will have on many communities, both in Uganda and internationally, through your work on this show.
What a thoughtful and kind comment. Thanks so much.
'Natural Afro' by Bev....!â€...
It is good to have people from all over diffrent worlds with different views ... we still learn something from those who challenge and shake our pride , feminism and equality such as Kyamagero and his friend .. At the same time listening from a mental psychologist such as Dr. Moses .. is also very important for we need to unlearn and learn . Let us appreciate the difference in people that serve us..
I still learnt so.ethj g from Kyamegero and Kuteesa " know your man" important. So bring them again and again .
This is the best episode of all time.
Dr Moses is such a great teacher.
Mental Health really simplified.
Thanks ladies for thisâ€
Manuela.am in office..your story with Nabagereka.specifically you thanking mwami Mukiibi gave me tears...those of joy.. I couldn't hold them back. weldone mukazzi , weldone
Awwwwwwwwww..... what he did moved me to tears too
Before I even finish watching allow to say.... Manuela you have a beautiful house â€i know its not necessary but eeehhh i can't hold it i had to say it.â€â€â€â€â€â€
Oh thank you so much..... âșïž
@@manuelap.mulondo đ
totally agree, its giving me magazine vibes
Like the ladies
Like the background too.
The guest is wow......
Requesting for this topic to be extended to the boy child ir teenagers coz many are seeking psychiatric or psychological help. How about those who dont seek?
Gertrude Namujuzi come her and join the ladies for I kmow how you are passionate about this
This is what we needed to after the previous show. Feeling positive the whole time.....
It's amazing to have another man on the showâ€â€
In conclusion, men need to be more celebrated. We still have ladies who think its only their birthdays that matter so they dont recognize those of their partners, women think valentine is meant for only them. Please normalise celebrating your men even for the small achievements. Together(as women) we can make the men vulnerable and listen to them for the better cause.
This was insightful! It feels like there's still a lot to be unpacked on this... can we have a part 2..
A refreshing episode this is.
Respect served, for everyone on and off set. Thanks ladies, Thanks Doctor.
But Manuela looking this too good is illegal pleeaassee †đ
Awwwwwwwwww thank you doll
This was so refreshing and informative. I'll be alert to notice men in my circle experiencing low moments
As ladies I hope we realize that our response to the previous guests could possibly affect their mental health. We asked, they responded. I feel they spoke for many who have been silenced by the same women claiming to love them.
So cyber hugs to them and their families. đą
Thank you bump love this is where some of us learn and unlearn alot of things thank you
Thanks for the show ladies! Very informative and insightful episode. Theory episode. I like the background, it looks great!
Very informative episode. This guy is a national Treasure.â€
Thanks Bumplove, I needed thisâ€â€â€
This is soo insightful and cudos to the Gentleman .
His really a good listener
Thanks to his message. we go do better.
Thank you so much for the topic
Personal disorder should be another topic of its own
Great show ladies đđ»đđ» đđ»đđ»
Thanks ladies for the good work đ đ
Thank you Dr Moses Mpanga, so much insightful information, Sir
oooh this show was definitely a therapy for me from last weeks show, thank you doctor and the ladies this was amazing
This batch yes yes yes â€
Very informative, eye-opening discussion. I truely needed to hear this for the men around us. Coz sometimes we just don't know why people behave a certain way and therefore don't know exactly how we can be of help. Now things are making more sense. Thank you bump love, thank you Dr. Moses for the insight.
love , love, love this conversation đ
Tusaba ku Doctor akomeewo bambi. To teach us more
The Quality of my thoughts
That got me too
Beverly with the flower!
This is a very awesome discussion. It's really hard to get to men they always say we won't understand what they are going through so they keep off
Yeah it's Friday and it's bump love
You know it đđŸđđŸđđŸ
Many people have normalised their disorders and traumas, some even find pride in them not knowing they're endangering others. Its a sick nation, we are a sick nation and this really needs to be taken seriously. And when you try to speak to such individuals they will attack you with all the anger calling you disrespectful and giving you all sorts of names. Ekikwasa enaku abalwade tebakiriza nti balwade cos some will say its our cultural thats what our ancestors did and some baziyita ndwade zabazungu. Its still a big job we have to put this in order. Thank you doctor for saying this on a national TV.
From a very young age, boys are continuously told that, " men don't cry"...dents their vulnerability from a very tender age
I remember saying this to boys in my primary whenever I wasn't among the people being beaten đđđđđđđđđđđđ.
God forgive and am now permitting them to cry đ€Łđ€Łđ€Łđ€Łđ€Łđ€Łđ€Łđ€Ł
The most amazing conversation đ

Thank you bump love. True we need to normalise being true to ourselves
Very helpful conversation
Dear men please be vulnerable to us always there for you
Such an amazing episode đđđđ well, I used to be like Barbra when it comes to handling tense situations,i term it as " strike the iron when its still hot đ„" when you call me đ€ while having an issue i try as much as I can we talk about it and behold solve it there and then and harmony is restored â€mba nkyimaze sikyidamu i have little patience with keeping stuff in my mind đđ naye now i can peak a leaf from Bev's ways and for praising men iam. A gem in this thing hype queen đđ because I really appreciate men my dad ,my brother and my "man" đ actually everyone as long as you do good and you're kind â€
Calm and very informative show
Thank you for sharing â€â€â€
wow, amazing episode
Manuela always lit up, the whole scene is more relaxed
Hehe, thank you
Insightful information. Let us allow for space for men to be true to themselves. â€
This is what we usually don't allow men to be. Immediately they are true to themselves, we bash them...
Let me grab my snacks đ„šđ„šđ„š small small as i dive into today's episode đđđđđâ€â€ first and foremost you're really looking gogeous đđđđâ€
Y'all looking lovely

Oh thank you
Manuela you are sooooo pretty Jesus eeeeeeeh Mr. Mulondo hit a jackpotâŠ..
Having said that all the ladies are beautiful and thank you for todays show
Thank you
Manuella, you need to let guests elaborate on your two co- hosts' questions. You interjected too fast when Bev asked the question about where are the safe spaces for men to use while using the analogy of LinkedIn. Would like to suggest work on the flow of the conversation when leading as a seasoned host. The Therapist got sidetracked because you didn't allow him to process & answer that question. With love from OG bump lover of 3 years plus.
I didn't interject for interjections sake.......thanks for being a part of the Bumplove family đ
Am already heređ
Welcome and enjoy đ

I will launch it properly soon
Thank you so much for this episode. Wow.
Lovely conversations and itâs so easy to understand esp from the Doctor. I thought it would be complicated terminology involved.
We need more.
The way I wanted Manuela to tell us more about the reaction from Mr. Mulondo after the switch to praisesâŠ
I wonât watch the episode our Comment section members are saying they are recovering from for my own health and triggers đđđđđ.
When the time comes, the story will come out. Lol
Being vulnerable is being true to self my take home
I want to try Beverly's flower point and Manuela's praising . đđđđđâ€

Thank you for watchingâ€
Thank you for watchingâ€
We also need not to be too quick to label people just because they are/ act different from what we think of as "normal". Let's not be quick to throw labels on people. Also take time to self reflect on one's own behavior before focusing on another's behaviour. First take the log out of your own eye before the speck in your neighbour's eye
I hope ki Kuteeda will not still tell men to be men. I now realise he has no mental wellness. Anyways, this was a powerful topic that will have impact on society.
Let's mind our language. On BumpLove people have proper titles.....Ki isn't one of them. Let's do better
@@manuelap.mulondo I haven't seen you tell him to mind his language. He calls people fools, idiots, and often tells them to shut up. He taught me this language, but I can do better.
He does that on his platform and not on BumpLove. We have no control over how he runs his platforms
Babra has changed alot
Thank you ladies for this episode. where is Dr. Mpanga's contact?
â€â€â€â€
đđđManuela well said. Women were the punching bags and now they are saying no to it.
I can't wait for marriage to go back as God intended it.

Somethings are meant only for men who are actually men not those who deliberately hurt people and dont provide
Babra was my Boss she has changed
