Good evening, can this blacklight stay on continuously when you turn on the flashlight and only perform the strobe function when you step on the brake?

Has anyone installed this on a motorcycle? I am passed the mechanical stuff and am battling the electrical stuff. I am trying to install this on a KTM 790 Adv motorcycle. Based on my research, I need to find a JST 4 pin (one row) connector. I didn't know the wire connector industry and products are so diverse.

I am also confused about the bracket that is shipped with this light. I think the idea is to clip it over the license plate or any type of flat surface. But the bracket seems to be from another light not this MIHAZ type. I don't see how one can secure the light to the bracket. The light needs a hing or something. Oh well, that is Chinese stuff for you.
