- It's so delicious that I cook this chicken breast almost everyday! Incredible fast and easy chicken dinner! Epic 10 minute chicken breast recipe with just only few ingredients! This is a terrific quick dinner idea for busy nights that's made with pantry staples. It's quite amazing how so few ingredients can transform into such a tasty sauce for chicken! Ingredients:
2 chicken breast
30g (1.05 oz) butter
1 tbsp olive oil
50g (1.76 oz) flour
4 garlic cloves
60g (2.12 oz) honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp dry white wine
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste

I’m 71 years old and has never cooked my wife has done all that since we’ve been married in 1968 anyway I decided I’m gonna try and cook I picked out this video and wrote down the rest of the ingredients.It turn out so delicious i’ve cooked it three times now. My granddaughter will be treated this afternoon as I cook this recipe for her she’s just back from Japan Navy wife. This is going to be a great time with my granddaughter as We sit down for supper. Really nice. What some people don't realize is if you marinated the chicken in the soy sauce honey and garlic it does give the first quarter inch or so layer of the chicken very strange consistency. Doing it this way gives you the flavor of your looking for but maintains the consistency of the texture of the chicken. Nice job

White grape juice is a great alternative to white wine in any recipe.
Wine can also be successfully replaced with fresh fruit, such as orange, lime or lemon, they emphasize the taste much more and give the dish extraordinary freshness. But, it's for the amateur. You can also replace white wine with chicken broth with the addition of fruit vinegar😉

If you tend to burn the butter like I do, get some avocado oil to use instead of the olive oil. It solved the problem for me since avocado oil has a higher smoke point.
