Remember when Clark was getting mauled w/ no fouls called early in season - and the anti-CC media folks were scolding: "This is a league of professional athletes, they're not just going to LET Clark shoot - she has to EARN it." And yet Angel.... Whatever - CC balled today. But expect the goal posts to keep moving... LOL
When they learned that there are 117 double doubles for every one triple double, they figured they need to up the ante. I watch for them to attempt to pad Reese's assist stats next, hand her the ball and she hands it back so they can shoot.

.2. The game was ALREADY in the bag. Reese and Carter had NO BUSINESS on the court. Carter got the rebound and should have run the clock out but didn't. The entire point was to allow Reese to STAT PAD.

She cant jump but she keeps going for it and generally the "good" rebounders can predict the ball off the shot but Reese has some truly awful shots that she can get an offensive board completely free with 2 defenders down there cause they just go the other way.

The problem wasn't so much the foul with 4 seconds remaining as the fact that Chicago was up 7 points (76-69) with 11 seconds to go and had possession of the ball, yet they made an attempt for Reese to score. real pros would just dribble out the time. She seems to stand around a lot, plays mediocre defense, instructs other players while she does nothing, slams her body into others, and takes a little skip every time she starts to run, which looks ridiculous. Oh, and when she gets tired, she fakes a slight ankle injury so she can get more attention. She is not a talented basketball player; she is just a narcissistic girl who's taller than most players. Cordoso, on the other hand, is a very good ball player, yet she often sits on the bench while Reese gets to play 40 minutes.

When they played Seattle recently, Seattle basically left Angel wide open under the rim for the entire effing game. It was so ridiculously obvious. Well Carter getting the ball to Reese is a no brainer you want your teammate to keep the streak going on the defensive side I just think it was a dumb play by the defender. If I’m the Atlanta team I’d be pissed cause they’re padding stats at your expense but this league is weird in how they view sportsmanship and gamesmanship. You always want to win fair but you never want to embarrass the competition. But it is a bad look.

They didn't foul intentionally, she was going for a layup to get the double double, so the other team/defensive player wasn't going to allow it so she played defense resulting into a foul.
This is bad sportsmanship on behalf of Angel Reese, at that point you hold onto the ball and run the clock down, you don't go and try to score a bucket with 8 seconds left up by 7 if the other team has already surrender the game.
