Hallo its a great video sir.
I have a questions.
So i dont really know anything about IT.
I have a war to get a ticket yesterday. And the war is on one website. But from the moment the war begin until 4 to 5 hours later the web was down and crush, just around 500-800 who can get to log in the website. Before the war the website was functional and dont crush even have around 5000 who were login.
Most of us who joint the war doesnt even have a chance to log in or even load the web. Its always error, 502, 503, woosh, time out, etc.
But when I trying to reload the website a few time. Its always direct to palo alto. So the link also change that show to login in palo alto but still on the website.
Sir, what is the funtion of palo alto in that website?. It is the devoleper who used it? As a security from data leak or maybe to controlling the vissitors who will log in and accses taht website, or maybe some participant of war who used it as vpn?
Thank u for reading my long question. Hope u have a great day. I am sorry for my bad english
Bless you
That's a really long question. i rarely get such a long one, but I always read them patiently.
I am not fully aware of your infra and architecture but the case you mentioned.
Palo Alto is being used for authentication purposes that whoever is authenticated and genuine can only use that website others will not be.
I hope it clears some of your doubt 😊
@@freshdeveloper Thank you sir. It's very kind of you to answer my long questions.
Can i ask you another question?.
So it is possible for the developer to sabotage us from the website?,
cause after 5 hours of crush and error, the website working normally again, and 4500 account were login again on that website. And suddenly they said there were only a few tickets left.
Its just doesnt make sense how the website error for 5 hours just because 400-700 account were login. And working fine again after that with 4500 account.
While the website error for 5 hours. Only few people can login on the community I join, around 100 out of 1000 people.
Do you perhaps have the trick or tips, how to reach the website that have case like this?. I really want to get the ticket next time🥹🥹.
The rumor said the developer have dirty way on our back. More than 50% ticket used by them. Only people with luck on that day can get the ticket.
Sorry for bother you with my question.

Usually ISP do not block any ports
But if you still want to check, you may telnet on those ports

I called the ISP but they said the port is opened but in the end they find out the port it was closed. you said i need to Telnet. could u please do a quick video about it or send me how to do it in palo i googled but no good outputs
