You guys make this look so damn easy and it ain’t. I’m still flying without my goggles on I’m getting pretty damn good at it but once I put the goggles on. Yeehaw. The ceiling is the limit

My beef with that 1s charger is that the display doesn't accurately reflect the voltage of the pack. I get a little nervous when it seems to keep charging when the LED display indicates the cell has reached capacity. But then when you take it off and check it, it's not quite finished. The green LED does go out when each are finished but that's when the LED display is showing a much higher voltage. Not sure which indicator to trust.

These come with a 1s 450mha LiPo. Can they take a 1s 600mha LiPo?
How dose this model vary from the standard Tiny Hawk? I see the model frame looks a little different but what else is changed?

Does the EZ Pilot have an adjustable VTX like the Tinyhawk, or is it 25 mW only?

I bought one of these recently to see if I can learn it and enjoy it. I love it even though I can't really fly it yet. I wanted to spend as little as possible for something to learn on but I wish I would have spent a little more on the babyhawk or something. Mine drifts back and to the left really bad. The trim buttons either don't do anything or the quad is defective. Full stick will let it go forward and right, but barely. Hit the stick back and left and it will scream in that direction. I'm going to try to ad some weight to the front right rotor guard to try and balance it out. Even with the battery pushed in to the right instead of centered, it will still drift hard to the left. I'm still in the trying to hold it in one spot in space before I try the goggles out.
I just got one yesterday the narrow field of view makes it so hard lol
@@veek2767 you get use to it. I can fly it decently now and bought a tinyhawk freestyle 2 and am flying that all around the neighborhood now.

Hi there. I bought an Emax Ez couple of weeks back. It's always drifting to the side. I calibrated the accelerometer, tried trimming it also adjusted the battery position. It's too hard to fly with fpv. Any suggestions?
Is it balanced ? Are you inside a room ? Try hovering halfway between the floor and cieling . The air hitting the floor from flying with the propellers close to the ground causes sideways drift .
Start by sitting behind it so left is left and right is right and try hovering in place at first . Do not yaw until you are used to hovering . Learn to land by letting off the throttle as soon as it starts to get out of control . It saves props .

I got one of these to teach friends and relatives to fly, but it ended up being kind of useless because it has a terrible drift back and to the left. I have adjusted the trims and tried calibrating it on a level surface, but I cannot get rid of the drift. I found other youtube comments mentioning this same problem. I can fly it in the intermediate or advanced modes because I am comfortable compensating for the drift, but it is really hard for inexperienced friends to constantly fight the drift. The beginner mode is totally worthless even for me because without the ability to roll to the right to compensate for the drift, the quad constantly flies back and to the left until it runs into something. Any ideas of how to take care of this problem?
There is no way to trim out a quad with no position hold. The forces of gravity will never let it stay still. You are fighting a fight that’s not going to be triumphant.
@@dronecamps I contacted Emax about this issue and this was their response:
"To fix the drift, we suggest calibrating again but this time using a few sheets of paper under the motors to slightly increase the height on which ever corners of the drone is drifting. Even with what appears to be a completely level surface, the sensitive accelerometer may need a little bit of assistance to get perfect calibration."
I would not say this completely fixed the problem, but it definitely helped.
