      Thankyou😊 yes you surely can. The end product will have a slightly different texture. Add it by 15% of your total recipe.

    What can I substitute for Polysorbate 80. Can I add cetyl alcohol or stearic acid??

    • @KraftBee
      @KraftBee  Před 3 lety +1

      It helps in rinsing off. Cetyl alcohol or stearic acid doesn't do that. So you can't replace that. If you don't have, just skip and adjust the weight by adding more emulsifying wax and oil. The recipe will still do its job. Thanks for watching ☺️

      You can buy from your local cosmetic supplier or any cosmetic suppliers in your country through online. There are plenty of them available these days.

    Excellent cleanser👏🏻👏🏻Can we add any preservatives and how long can we store this mam?

    • @KraftBee
      @KraftBee  Před 3 lety +1

      Thankyou😊 This recipe doesn't contain water so I didn't add any preservative. You can totally add preservative to extend the shelf life. This recipe will be good to go for minimum 6 months as long as you don't contaminate it with water.

      @jasminherre9562 Před 2 lety

      I tried it and it worked fabulously! I avoided to use essential oils in the cream, so there wouldn't be too much irritation to my eyes. It even took away all my waterproof eye makeup. Just try not to open your eyes before rinsing it off. Should be ok :)

    Wht more options for polysorbate ?

    • @KraftBee
      @KraftBee  Před 3 lety

      There are no good substitute for polysorbate. You may find other solubilizer but it won't be effective in cleansing cream.

    If I wanted to use preservatives, how much should I add, and what kind would you recommend?

    • @KraftBee
      @KraftBee  Před 2 lety

      It is always advisable to use broad spectrum preservative that are suitable for water based emulsions. Each preservative will have its own recommended usage rate. Please check with your supplier.
