    Every time I watch Kate I smile it is just the effect her energy has on me which I am grateful for some days it is a chore to get a smile in so thanks for the great Yoga instruction and the smiles Kate!Namaste🙏

    I NEVER had good posture growing up, sitting or standing. I always had tight hips and a pelvic tilt without even knowing it. I started doing yoga 6 years ago and slowly unraveled the knots, but it took me two whole years before I even started to feel comfortable in the half lotus. Now its pretty easy for me but it was extremely frustrating at first because i felt like it should be a basic and simple ability but I was still struggling with it. Trying to force the position is not at all advised, because I tried that and pulled a ligament in the knee. Since then I've learned to ease into the position but it took a lot of commitment. Now I actually feel comfortable and connected to the body instead of alienated. Truly, yoga gave me the ability to embrace and accept life and live it fully. Im thankful for all the yogis and those embarking on the journey of transformation, may you realize complete union! Blessings and love.

    i can do lotus pose naturally but for the life of me can’t do downward dog which even beginners seem to be able to do! just shows how everyone’s anatomy is different

      So we both were awesome kids 🤔 we definitely should meet as an adults 🤷‍♂️
