Arcade racers is my favourite video game genre. I cannot wait for this one to come on Switch!
Yeah! Apparently they announced their release date for Winter of this year so I'm glad to see it finally have something set. Also, in case you didn't know, but they're participating in Steam Next Fest with an updated demo from what I played for this video. So check it out if you have the time!
That game give me arcade racers vibes mixed with a bit of kart games such as CTR with all the drifting included.
I agree with you about the timers, I think having timers to beat to begin with is MUCH better and give a clear goal and then later on yes, beating your own time or the times of the community should be the end goal.
As for the soundtrack I clearly think it fits very well the overall aesthetics of the game and I like it.
I kinda appreciate what I've seen from that game for now, up to see how the game is at release.
I hadn't really thought of kart racing games in a different category of arcade racers. Although, I guess the only one I really ever played was Mario Kart. And I guess a bit of Diddy Kong Racing way back in the day.
Hopefully they can finish the game somewhat soon. I know the developer is also working on another title (which I'll be covering shortly), but I have no idea how much this affects VHR's development.

Yeh working on two game at the same time probably slow them down a lot.

One I'm pretty hyped to look at is Reus 2 which is coming soon!
Yeah, I thought it was a good way to get me to check out games I was interested in and also an easier way to try and create a bit more content for the channel!
And yeah! I saw that. Actually, I've requested a key from the publisher because I wanted to try and cover that. I played the first one ages back.
