Create fun and engaging Facebook lives for your Mary Kay customers & team!

Alllll the details on how I do my Facebook lives for my Mary Kay customers, and my team's customers! Remember that the key to success is engaging with them in the comments while you do the live. Also being fun and not too perfect is 100% acceptable. I've had eyeliner mishaps etc live! Just roll with it and have fun.

YES I mail samples for these events. I will also send them for my team so the samples are uniform. I will also send sample packs free to my new consultants in their first 4 months to help them gain product knowledge, try lots of our products, and get great start qualified!
I use Streamyard for all the cool banners etc, but when I started I did 6 months worth of events on my phone and they were just as successful!
I switch up each event and every other is usually skin care or makeup focused.

Hi Emily. Thank you so much for this. I'm going to do this in my vip group. I have a couple of questions. I know you said you have one fb group that you & your consultants use for this monthly event. I have a VIP group . Should I create a separate group , other than my vip group, to do these monthly events going forward in it only? Also, what day/time do you think works best for guests participation?

I do NOT use my VIP customer group for this, I created a separate group. Many of my customers have joined it (I just used our unit name and the. Beauty bash-so bossunitbeautybash) I really only go live in this group and maybe a few posts a week. I've done Tuesday's, Wednesdays or Thursdays...all are great. 7 Cst has worked as we have people in eastern and Pacific so that seems to work time wise. I am VERY intentional about only doing an hour or less. Good luck!
