Sizing for this newer le Fleur collection must have changed. My Large leopard vests (both the cream and the mint one) from the first collection have an 18.5 inch shoulder, 21 inch chest, and a 25 inch length. Making them smaller than your size medium vest. Now I know to get a size small in future releases.
I got this vest in my right size for half the price on le fleurs website, you could’ve waited a bit and not drive to San fransisco tbh, but at the time that felt needed I presume

I think you should be okay in a small or xs. i usually wear medium in shirts, but I tried on a small for the vest, and I like the fit of it@@Cavefire76
