I miss DPS Doomfist anyhow. I'm just curious though, what would you think of his ultimate ability being a more reliable AOE? Like 50% of health with a movement slow? Basically an upside down Sigma ult? XD It might fit the tank role better, but yeah.

@@Dexterbru This would make me really happy, but the chances of blizzard switching him back to dps are pretty low since when they reworked him they said they wanted no stuns on dps so they switched him to tank :(
They should rework McCassidy's nade. It's essentially a one shot combo. Body shot plus nade is a secure kill on a 200 HP target. And the nade is so cheesy too.

@@Halo3ninja28 well, that's why I said essentially instead of literally and why I said "one shot COMBO" instead of "one shot". Reading is tough, I know. Like the one Hog had and had reworked. And no, I didn't mention Hanzo because he has been mentioned in every other comment already.
If you remove the nade, he becomes complete and utter shit. He's already the worst hitscan hero and among the worst DPS. At least suggest something to make him better so he doesn't have to rely on the nade.

The problem with hog was hes a TANK with 700 hp, and self healf AND A ONE SHOT
the one shot for snipers (and ashe) is kinda the novelty of playing those characters. widow doesnât even have that great of a kit, if you take away the ability for her to do that sheâd basically be unplayable. hanzo would probably be okay because his abilities are good, though the valentineâs day event made me realize how much i miss his scatter arrow. rip.
ashe doesnât have the same one shot threat as a widow so it could be argued that her damage doesnât need to be changed

@@jxuiiana ash is probably the most balanced dps hero. A decent movement option that doubles as a knock back, an explosion with damage over time, and a fast primary with a long range secondary.
@@HappyIsaac0420 exactly. sheâs one of the few heroâs i can look at and not think of one thing i would change about her. i know people hate her long reload but i feel like it really balances how powerful her primary is.

if they remove the one-shot from the snipers, then no one else will play them. When you play Hanzo, if you didn't oneshot the target and E is on cd, then it's very likely that you won't kill the target and it's being heale
projectiles should NEVER be a oneshot. I mean, even the best Hanzos make shots & sometimes kill the wrong target, that's bull. Hanzo is already pretty decent at MId-fight, just buff his attack speed, that's it.
Widow just needs to be lowered to 150, like Tracer & that's it. Maybe lower her Hook CD, but only after the HP nerf. OR add a laser showing her sightline like in battle for Olympus.

widow fix: her smg is a seperate weapon she has to swap to and instead of one shotting , headshots apply a dot that give supps a chance to save picks. hanzo fix: projectile hitboxes are too generous, longer draw time, slower projectiles.
The hounsel headshot one shot is pure luck-based on metal ranks, there's no way one shot of an infinite ammo. Primary fire should do 250 plus damage, it's kind of ridiculous and it rewards RNG đ€· Just make his arrows more accurate slightly weaker, 0 and faster draw pull
tracer's balls are massive. imagine teleporting right in front of a metal horse with an energy javelin and just being so calm

removing hanzo's oneshot would be plain stupid. Even the best hanzo in the world is not able to hit ALL of his shots while enemy is strafing and advises to change targets frequently, removing oneshot from him would just butcher the character, same with widow. If you wanna nerf widow, there are plenty of things to nerf like her charge rate or her quickscope speed

Hanzo needs a small hitbox
The only way to balance widow is to make her one shot charge a bit slower. That's it. That's literally all. Anything else will be overkill. And if she gets her one shot removed, so should hanzo.

I donât have a massive problem with widow but if they actually consider removing her one shot idk maybe they should make her bullets inflict poison tick damage to slowly kill the target just a weird idea Iâve had for a while as for hanzo not sure i just absolutely hate his storm arrows thatâs all.

If they take widows one shot headshot out, it's literally an unplayable character and they would be better just completely removing her from the game.
Game is being run by casuals that cry when skills is being rewarded. Genjiâs blade is broken in the hands of a really good genji. Widow is a high risk high reward character and in the current meta with a ball is just a free kill for the hamster
Matchmaking doesnât help cause masters and diamonds playing with or against silver and goldâŠ
@@brobette574 I would rather go up against a gm level Genji than a Widow of equivalent skill any day. At least I have a chance to shoot at the Genji and maybe win a 1v1 every once in a while (even if like 1 time out of 50) but against a gm widow I'd be able to do literally nothing except hide behind a wall and healbot all game long as a support player. Because any time I'd peek my head around a corner I'd be sent to spawn in an instant.
@@Kurppalumppu problem is certain map where it is very sniper friendly. But you can actually counter a widow. I see so many people just keep on running straight and not playing smart. Go sombra, genji etc.

Imo they should remove the one shots and rework their kits. You can't tell me that ashe is not a fun hero, because she can't one shot. If it worked with ashe, it also will work on other heros like Hanzo and Widow.
It's not about the one shot, as widow is not that annoying to play against when she's played in a meta that has counters for her. Currently, heroes that counter widow are pretty weak (genji, reaper, monkey, for instance), though she's still unplayable vs a sigma or a good ball. The problem being that most of her counters are tanks, some are DPS, and she has no counters in the support lineup (arguably lucio, zen and kiriko can challenge her, but can't stop her being a threat).

The only reason one shots are so dominant is because supports are broken. A mercy can make a character impossible to kill and with her recent buffs she herself is much harder to kill

@@michaelj49 At this point, it's a skill issue, I guess. What you said is simply the way you aim with every projectile characters.(Sym, Mei, Junk,, Pharah, Torb...)

@@michaelj49 Do you genuily think that everyone who plays Hanzo doesn't even bother to aim? With Hanzo or Widow, you need to work on your damn aim. I would also add that aiming with Widow is even easier. Why ? Because one is a projectile character and the other one a hitscan. With the hitscan one, you don't have to predict. You simply land your crosshair on his head. Which is FAR more easier to do than the other one
What you said about Hanzo's recon arrow doesn't make sense. How can you say it's luck, when the dude can literally see you through the wall. At this point, it's totally calculated. I know it's not fun to get OS, but that ain't luck
I really don't understand why people like you always think that Hanzo is a pure luck character. I won't deny, yes sometime Hanzo gets lucky kills. But, if you want to make him work above Plat, you can't simply rely on luck. There are several ways to kill with Hanzo. The first, which everyone complains about, is spamming. The second can be by catching someone off guard. A guy who doesn't know about you will probably make predictable moves. If you take advantage of this, it's ez kill. The third can be by engaging at close range. You should watch Arrge. You'll see that there's more involved with Hanzo than luck

I tried widow like 1 game in a plat/diamond lobby and it's so easy to land headshots. I litterally got 3 pics at the first fight.

Not true, lots of games have snipers that aren't OHK. Sniper is denoted by the range of engagement not solely by one hit kill potential.

Getting oneshot by Hanzo feels like bs half the time cuz he just spam fires chokes or he headshots you when he was aiming at someone else. Projectile sniper never should've been a character type in this game to begin with imo. Widow oneshot is different. It requires precise aim & she has not much health as well as limited movement. Her ult is even based around the threat of her oneshot. It wouldn't make sense to take it away from her.
I mean obviously they should remove Reinâs charge, Tracerâs bomb and Hammondâs bombs altogether while weâre at it since they all OS squishies and man some heroes literally twoshot you into oblivion if they headshot you, like nerf pls!

The two shots like junk rat and sigma take timing to pull off as it relies on learning how their kits work to make the timing perfect for the 2 shot or else u get no value from it.

Bro people complain because oneshots doesn't make sense in overwatch, the game is not a normal fps. Also, is not that hanzo or widow are broken, the thing is nobody has fun recieving a oneshot, as well as nobody has fun getting hacked by sombra and getting their abilities disabled. That's why nobody complains if sombra is nerfed to hell. There are characters healthier to the game than others.

Yup, shutting down whole lines of sight by just existing is so braindead. Also the fact that being a good widow necessitates the enemy team to all change how they play just because of her is kind of dumb.
Hanzo isn't that bad to play around, but widow is just aids with her point and click style play.
