I think we can use Hat type Tata Section for Roofing for reducing the cost about 30percent again, We can fix the ceiling tiles as well..

Please let us know the approximate labour rate also. Concreting, plastering, and sticking tiles should cost more labour than steel work. Steel is modifiable later easily, and you can recover most of the material cost, but concrete once done if you want to modify, everything is waste including the tiles (if tiles are stuck with cement). However concrete is more secure (thieves cannot enter by removing tiles), more permanent (think it adds to taxable sqft), and leak proof (think coconut falling on top)
