I cannot remember enjoying a player more. He is humble and confident at the same time. He is kind and ruthless at the same time. His talent is without question. He could beat me on 9 holes with a garden rake.
@@peterbonham5540 it was definitely filmed before the PGA otherwise Grant would have brought it up. My point is he's so damn good at golf that he can play casual golf with walmart kids clubs and thrift clubs between LIV events and majors and it doesn't affect his performance at all.

I was not the biggest Bryson fan and to be fair I had no idea of him as a person. But this channel is one of my favorite golf channels and his personality is as big a reason as his skills and enthusiasm for the game. I was really rooting for him during the Masters. I hope to see him put on that green jacket soon.
I didn't pay that much attention to him until the Koepka "feud", but then I started rooting for him because I felt the fans and the media were being unfair to Bryson and I felt like Koepka was a bigger D-bag in that situation. Then I started rooting for Bryson even more when he joined LIV because Rory, the rest of the PGA, and the PGA elitist fans were being massive tools about the whole thing. Then when Bryson started putting videos on social media, doing lessons with kids, and doing collabs with CZcamsrs I became a huge fan because of how genuinely nice and humble he appears to be. Other than Nelly doing a video with Gabby, I can't think of any other top 10 players or major champions who are that accessible.

This is my home course. I was waiting him between hole #4 and # 5 with my son to see him. What a nice guy!! He gave his autograph on my son's golf cap. My son has become the biggest fan.

I still have a set that Tom Kite played on tour, they still hit pure if you can hit them.
It's crazy how Bryson's channel now become imo the best CZcams Golf channel that quickly. He's absolutely unmatched, its not about the quality of golfer, but the personality and entertainment. Im 39 years old and im absolutely hooked into watching everything this man does.
I hope he one day will be in Sweden, so i get a chance of seeing him play and witness his greatness live.

At some point we need a Bryson video explaining how you adjust your putting yardages for uphill/downhill. TEACH ME MAN.
Would assume if its 3 foot uphill, add 3 feet on to the putt?
@@fourghtyeight48 I don't think so - think about the opposite - how much would a ball roll out if you just tapped it 3' downhill?
On sims it works well to play it a foot longer for every inch uphill, but that is extremely hard to estimate on course. 😁
honestly prob wouldnt help that much. theres a dif in someone telling/ explaining how they do something, being good enough and disciplined enough to actually be able to do it on the course is completely dif. thats why hes a pro and were am's. its like a tiger woods story i heard. he was at a clinic or camp or something and was asked about how he plays bunker shots. hes explaining and all these people are taking notes. afterwards he pulls the guy aside running the thing and just says to him, to be honest i dont do any of those things. the guy asked why he told them that. he said i know how to play them and how you should but if i tried telling them the exact way i do it they wouldnt understand or be likely able to repeat it with success
@@zesolodar It MIGHT not help, but also I'm not a huge fan of the attitude that it's not worth knowing or trying. Being a good putter is a lot of work and I understand that, but I'd rather have the scientific understanding underpinning my game rather than just showing up to a putting green with nothing.
I already use AimPoint and Tour Read for reading breaks and variable length backstroke for speed, it's just adjusting to uphill and downhill putts that's tricky. 😁
I have been using brysons methods in my golf recently and playing the best golf of my life, but I can’t do it with putting. To me it all goes out of the window and is totally about feel. But I haven’t practiced with a putter enough to be able to accurately gauge what an X% putting stroke even truly is or how far that goes.
Those Hogans Grant gave you are arguably better than the current irons in your bag.

I still game those hogan irons restored them and they perform better than most irons I’ve tried

I want to congratulate you on all your success. I became a fan after this last major. The way you work the crowd, interact with the kids in the gallery. What impressed me the most was how much class you showed congratulating Xander after the 18th hole. Gained a fan for life.

I found this channel a few months ago and since then Bryson you’ve become my favorite pro golfer. Absolutely loved watching you at the PGA, and it’s beyond awesome to see the human side of you in these vids. I hadn’t played golf in years until a few weeks ago when watching enough of this channel inspired me to dust off my old clubs and get back on the course to play this game I love. Thank you Bryson, you’re doing more than you know. Keep up the awesome work all around. So thankful to have found this channel!

Great video Bryson. The atmosphere between you and Grant was so relaxed and it seemed like you both were sincerely enjoying being out there playing together. Some great moments and great humor in here. I loved the "I'll play you left handed" comment at the end. The look on Grant's face was great. He's such a genuine guy and can't really hide what he's thinking, yet he's so humble so it is a treat to see this kind of content. Must be Grant hasn't seen you play Martin Borgmeier yet. This kind of content is just great for golf. Maybe play with a women's starter set against someone.

Curious Local Rules: In some golf country clubs, the flags bearing the national flag must never touch the ground. These flags usually are on the 9th or 18th holes. On certain courses, the bottom of these flags is pointed, allowing them to be stuck into the ground outside the green.

You are 100% correct how your CZcams channel and content with folks like Grant and Good Good back when I first started seeing you really helped showcase who you are. Just from a casual fan perspective and how you were portrayed as kind of an odd golf savant with weird ideas on the golf clubs etc to watching you just be a normal guy who is funny and helpful and just enjoys himself really is kind of jarring and gets you to thinking about how a fans perspective on a player can be influenced by the coverage that person gets.

Bryson uses his knowledge so freely. Many of us find golf to be more pleasurable because he is encouraging other players to approach the game in the same way that he does.
I continue to say how smart of you to take advantage of this medium. Other than majors, this is better golf viewing than mainstream golf. Also smart to pair with Grant. He is at the highest level on this medium. Lastly, kudos to Greg Norman for giving his players time and breathing space to do ventures like this. Almost no one wants to give him any credit at all for addressing long time systemic problems in Tour golf. I look forward to watching your endevors for years to come. And Grant...
