Would my micro pump fit in this bag...it's about 6 inches long?

No it wouldn't.
The small bag is around 5 inches at its longest, the medium is about 5.5 inches long.

No, it's a road inner tube 700 X 25.
I have the medium version of this bag on my MTB which holds a 29 tube & tool etc.

@@sheen675 Yes, I use the medium version on my MTB. Holds a 29 tube, multi tool with chain breaker, 2 levers, puncture patches, spare link with space for cash & key.
Don't think the small version would be suitable.

All the stuff is held tightly and the bag feels very secure with no movement or rattle.
