One of the best moments of this game in Boston was the ceremonial first pitch. The San Francisco Giants were in town, so Red Sox legend Carl Yastrzemski got to throw the ceremonial first pitch to his grandson, Mike Yastrzemski. Bruce Bochy ended up winning his 2,000th game as a manager, and there were many other highlights and funny things that happened in between.

I’m a Yankees fan but Fenway is just such a beautiful stadium.
It's one of the most famous stadiums in the entire world besides the Yankees in the Bronx.

I'm a Yankee fan and I've been to Fenway a few times. Honestly, coolest park ever (aside from the old Yankee stadium ; ))..! Best thing to do is hangout in one of the Bars on Yawkey Way and enter through that side of the stadium. The old school gates are awesome!
I grew up going to Fenway Park. Mom drove charter bus trips for groubs going to games. The bus driver got in free so mom especially asked to get those charters and during the summers of my little league years I watched Red Sox games from the seats just behind the box seats on the left field side. Thanks Fenway Park. I love the Red Sox. Thanks Mom!

True. Seeing ANY field appear from a tunnel is cool, but this is one of the best.

Hey Zack, I've recently discovered your channel on the day that I purchased my tickets to see the New York Yankees vs the Boston Red Sox play in July. I am a huge New York Yankees fan. This will be my very first time ever seeing the New York Yankees play live in person and my very first time EVER to be at the Yankees Stadium. I'm truly looking forward to it, but I am really anxious/excited to see if I can catch a few baseballs as well as to meet the players. I'm hoping to get to the Yankees Stadium early enough to get a tour and to see if I'm fortunate enough to see the players. I'd eventually like to go to Fenway Park as well. Seems pretty cool. Jim Rice is one of my favorite people I’ve ever met I went to this thing near my state and we talked about golf because he loves to play and we sat there for 20 minutes even though it was assigning and just talked it was pretty awesome

I know Carl & Mike Yastrzemski are in the house, but letting an opposing player be involved in the ceremonial first pitch was an awesome thing. I mean in this case, how could you not ? I'm sure it meant alot to not only Giant & Red Sox fans, but the Yastrzemski family. Seeing Zack & Chris having fun besides catching baseballs was fun for all of us to go along on this adventure. Loved this video ! Great job Zack & Chris !👍
