- We are embellishing some of the pre-made ephemera bases we worked on last week. As usual, pre-planning is overtaken by creative inspiration and things turn out a little differently than originally intended... but still lovely nonetheless. Let me know what you're working on.

Reality TV: One of my bffs and I used to watch American Idol together with her aunt/adopted mom at their house. I'm also a fan of British baking contests and American fashion designer contests.
Middle School: I experienced this as a student and later as a teacher's aide. The nerds and special ed kids were great, but I would have probably preferred having then being a governess/private tutor.
Ephemera: I'm about to make art jars, journals and ephemera with some food packaging I saved and cleaned. A few pieces have already been reused as food storage once or twice, so I'm glad I've begun saving them.
My faves of yours this episode were the two (green print) botanical theme tags. Thanks for all you do.

Yes! Our schools in Florida used to be set up like yours. I remember those days well. My mother was a teacher for 30 years and she loved those days also. I retired after 25 years of teaching too. I really enjoyed watching this today. I can't wait until all my card making is done after Easter and I'm going to get to work on making some layered ephemera. I really love seeing everything you use to make your layers and how you put things together...just beautiful!

My schools were the same as yours. K-6 elementary, 7-9 junior high, 10-12 high school. Guess we are “old” school 😆

I love love PBS as well! But recently I have been watching When Calls the Heart on prime: it’s a series of books (by Janette Oke) turned into film. I am learning how strong and determined we/women can be when it comes to our homes and silly at times…lol

I've read the book series several times, but only seen parts of the TV version. I hope you're enjoying the series. I've read many of Janette Oke's book series. Yes, it helps to figure out all of the pieces I want to use before assembling everything on camera and helps save time. But then I go "off script" and change things up almost every time. 😂 My eye is healing up great so far and I hope to be back up and at it asap. TFW, Redet! great inspiration! on netflix watch dead to me, the woman in the window across the street from the woman in the house and red notice. on the first two, which are mysteries, well its a good thing you dont mind R rated and the third is just dang funny.
I've seen the first 2 shows and really enjoyed the creative story lines that kept me guessing. I'm looking forward to another season of Dead To Me soon. I will look for Red Notice and check it out. Thanks for the suggestions and for watching! 💖

Scrolling through CZcams and came across The Paper Outpost, another junk journaler. I enjoyed watching her put together a journal from the beginning! Unforgotten is in my cue, too. I first found Nicola in Last Tango In Halifax- not a mystery, just silly drama. I have the PBS Masterpiece app and they’ve released some extremely GREAT shows lately! Miss Scarlet and The Duke, Around The World In 80 Days, All Creatures Great And Small, World On Fire… Other funny mysteries I’ve watched are Agatha Raisin and my all time favorite Queens Of Mystery! The last 2 are on Prime. I was rooting for just the vine, so I’m glad you went that way! Enjoying watching!! See you soon!! 🥰🥰
Loved watching Nicola in Last Tango! The entire cast was great. Yes, PBS is really knocking it out of the park lately. I think I've seen alot of these shows you mentioned, but not World on Fire. I used to read the Agatha Raisin books, so I'm excited to check out a TV series. I'll have to look into Queens of Mystery as well. ATM I'm rewatching the entire Downton Abbey series on DVD. There's another movie coming out this Spring... so excited!
I really enjoy watching Pam at the Paper Outpost. I don't get to watch her videos as much as I'd like because the screeching of the birds in the background drives Chloe crazy, so I can only view when I've got headphones on, which isn't always possible. I'm impressed by her endless energy and creativity! 🤗🥰
@@CreatorsCall I just finished Downton a few months ago to watch the last movie that was out, so I can rewatch it again for the new movie! 🤣 World On Fire is intense as it’s about WWII and the invasion of Poland. But you guys like action! The second season is either in production or coming out soon. I’ll have to check out the Agatha Raisin books! We like to listen to books on audio as we travel!!

I am not a fan of reality TV either and have never watched an episode of Survivor. I must confess to watching The Bachelor for a very long time but that’s the only one and I don’t watch it anymore.
