I was found to have iron overload. I was not a great candidate for phlebotomy, and pharmaceutical iron chelators seemed to have some nasty side effects. I have a medical background so looked into natural options. I took IP6, curcumin, Bragg ACV, green tea, lactoferrin, cabbage, and hardly ate beef or pork. I also did the Morley Robbins protocol to rectify some of the damage. It worked, took nearly one year, felt a lot better. The chelation symptoms were very strong, and I monitored my bloods regularly. My doctor just says 'hmmmmmm'...

Do you know what your iron/ferritin levels were at before natural chelators and after?
