- This week I'm at Antonio's Quinta's stable in Dos Hermanas, Spain to show a training session with Antonio. I show how Antonio is schooling a 4-year old mare. Lots of the basic excercises are shown and we can see what the young Doma Vaquera horse is required to do and which excercises are started at a young age to build strength and agility.

A Master of his Art. Rivetting.
You have no idea how impeccable his timing is!
@@ISOLDAIII Appropos your commentary about lungeing, there appears to be world wide agreement - e.g "A fresh horse won't learn; and a tired horse won't learn" (Billy Weyman).
No need to drill on them, once they get it let it soak!
i.e Do something different, pull the gear off them, give them a wash and a roll and a feed. Come back after lunch or 2 years later and see if they remember?? They probably will!!
Beautiful mare. Great info!
You can say that again!!
Can you show us the bit he's using??
He's using a curb bit. Have you watched my other video's? I explain the tack there and show you which bits etc. I also have some 'theoretical' video's with details. Pleas check them out and subscribe if you haven't already. And let me know if you have any more questions :).
Where do I get a bridle like that? With the second rein attached to the noseband?
Hi Suzanne! Thank you for watching! Where are you from? THen I can tell you where to get it.

seungdeok Where are you from?

@@seungdeok Hybrid vigour rocks.
JOHN FLETCHER indeed it does, and “hybrid vigour” what a great term! Added to my vocabulary for future use.
Seems to me like a Tommy Lee Jones movie - The more I watch it the better it gets.
