its because the point you aim the hook doesnt change, while twitch was moving and he aimed it right to twitchs movement. it looks real buggy but its just Prediction. the hitbox is op

However, i don't really like the build, it lacks of cdr in my opinion. And more cdr = more plays !

I don't want to spectate the whole video once again, but i meant : maybe she has 40 or 45% cdr, but she reach it sooo late ! She has to build mobility boots (no cdr), iron solary (no cdr). She is starting to play midgame with only 10% (the support item), it's not enough for me. But many playstyles are possible with Thresh !
