@@fastcarmagazine I'm assuming you guys want to slow drip as much content out of this record run over a week or two, but you should have at least 1 POV of the run in this video. When someone sees "2500 BHP, Quickest car" they expect to see the car moving.
“To assume makes an ass out of you and me.” The car is moving. I told you, the record run was weeks before our filming! I don’t have footage of the record that I can use. What I did have was the Draggy footage from Buzz. On the day of filming, Buzz turned the car down to a street map to avoid damage on an extremely hot day that saw us controlling temperatures with 8 bags of ice. He made 3 passes, that’s what we captured. The point of this video was to learn about what makes a 7 second Lambo. Not trying to start an argument, but hopefully you understand this isn’t milking.
This will do it 10x on the same day and drive home. They’re reliable af when built. And this isn’t even near the full potential, another 500bhp can be had
Absolutely right, events like Doorslammers highlight just how strong the drag racing scene is in the UK. What I will say is that this is still road legal, and in fact a quick passenger ride confirmed how stock-like this car drives during regular road use. Usually a car with double the power it should have is awful to drive on the road. This has a just over 4x the stock power, yet you wouldn’t know that driving sensibly.

Nice but there were a few old golfs and a audi s2 that ran 7 seconds dead and the s2 has run mid 6 seconds too, they were at doorslammers
