    Hi mam for 6 months baby how many single crochet I have to do? Plz

    • @CrochetForBaby
      @CrochetForBaby  Před 6 lety +2

      Just do the same except make it a little longer than mine and measure the cuff around your baby’s wrist to make sure it fits properly so is not too big or loose. Then continue to work until it fits your baby’s hand. The reduction is done the same way as mine. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching 😊

      You can also go up a size in hook. For the cuff do it using a 5mm hook and for the rest of the mitten use a 4.5 mm hook or you can make the whole mitten using a 5 mm hook. I think this might work better than the first option as long as you use normal #4 yarn. Good luck 👍

    I don't understand where I'm going wrong. #4 weight yarn, Caron Simply Soft. 4.5 mm crochet hook. Ch 11, as for 30 rows.
    It does NOT come out to 6.5", and it makes 10 sts across. It's so tiny!!!!
    I have redone this 4 TIMES!

    @dianasmith4647 Před 4 lety

    Sorry to say that you did not say how many rows or inchs

    • @jerrhondawhite2403
      @jerrhondawhite2403 Před 3 lety

      30 rows. 2.5 inches on the cuff. But I gotta say, 30 rows DOES NOT come up to 2.5"!
