INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cups warm milk
• 6 eggs
• 1 tbsp active dry yeast
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 sticks unsalted butter (1/2 lb)
• ½ cup sour cream
• 1 cup orange peel
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 tsp cardamom
• 2 tsp nutmeg
• 2 tsp cloves
• 2 tbsp brewed saffron
• 9 cups flour
