I’ve never understood the logic of yelling and cursing at someone, but then asking them for money.
They command the target to do things in a crisp high energy bullying manner. This creates cognitive dissonance in their target where the victim is traumatized and can’t connect their feelings to the truth and become unable to think straight and therefore are at the mercy of the bullies. They are being brainwashed with facts that don’t make sense and they can’t pull out of the trauma.

Okay so as a person from West Bengal, I know scammers. My cousin used to work as one and yes their work culture is toxic. They're miserable and don't earn a lot individually. I can’t believe how vulgar and disgusting these scammers get especially when talking to an “old lady” I don’t get how real victims don’t hang up at that point. Though my Gran would’ve stayed on the phone and lectured them, and telling them they were raised wrong, she never used the internet or had a mobile, but she’d stay on the house phone with them for way too long.
Please advise your Grandparents to always hang up on these people, no one should be talking to you about money on the phone.
And if you have elderly family members visit them or talk to them on the phone, so they don’t feel lonely enough to engage in these scammer morans

My mother was a very Victorian lady (born 1912) and she was only able to be polite to these scammers. We set up a system where she would say, “Please hold on a moment.” She would then push a button that would play a recording that got rid of them. Worked like a charm and significantly reduced her stress level.

I work at Walmart and might be a fool but never realised the people coming in to buy huge numbers of gift cards were getting scammed😕 I feel awful about all the people I sold those cards to but I've shared your channel with my store manager and now all of us are coached on what to look out for. So far we've stopped sales to 6 people who were likely getting scammed - one of them was a lovely elderly woman who was trying to use almost her entire retirement fund to get the cards! I'm so thrilled and relieved we managed to stop her from losing everything - can't thank you enough for spreading awareness on this.

This is some thing I know very little about but I have so much respect for you. Thank you for being one of those guys. Essentially the hero and not the villain.
Love what you're doing. I was standing in line at my local CVS and got the IRS call. I laughed and hung up on them. The ladies working the counter said they have had several older people come in to buy cards but they have been able to talk them out of it. A couple of times they have called the police to come and talk to to the on potential victims. Proud of those people.

I was a bank branch manager and I had a customer come in with the phone in hand trying to withdraw. I’ve had to thwart scammers several times. It’s sad because a lot of the victims just want someone to talk to on the phone and have memory issues such as dementia and Alzheimer’s. Thank you for what you do 🙏🏽

Changing the number won't do much good. They will just keep getting them. Best thing to do is buy a $5 app to block them all. Some are a little more but it's the only way. It's worth it if it's to much stress.
My 78 year old mother was hit by these clowns!! But she rembered what I said about them and said talk to my daughter instead! I have been watching you for years now and have told my mother if you ever hear from them "this or that" don't beleive anything they say. Sure enough they called saying they are "Globle" this or that and my mom said "NOPE" You are a true hero and I wish more people would watch you to help them and thier elderly people out.

In Brazil it is a little bit different, instead of callsenter's in buildings pretending to be a support, in Brazil are inmates calling from inside the prison using cell phones that receive being thrown into the courtyard or something like that, they say he have kidnapped someone from their family (usually woman) and want pay for ransom or they will kill her.

Pierogi really does great work. I’ve said something one day in his live feed and he got a little bit upset with me. Was nothing really bad to him. Had nothing to do with scammers either. I guess the stress of his job calling these people really get him upset to the point I felt he took it out on me or severely misunderstood what I was talking about. On twitch my iPad is like 30 seconds behind real time. Maybe that’s why he took me wrong. I wish I could forget about it but it happens too often to others watching him and typing in his chat box.

One of my father's hobbies since the 80s, was wasting the time of Nigerian scammers who in that time made scams with old mail letters and then used email addresses. He enjoyed it very much and used to share with us many funny stories.
He passed away in 2020 but I'm sure he would have loved what you guys are doing here.

They scammed my mother, but she was able to cancel before anything transferred. I gave her the talk and referred her to your site and others. I cannot believe she got scammed in the first place! My mother in law just got scammed out of $140,000! She is about to lose her place as she is behind on the rent and only has social security coming in. When she told us all about it, my wife and her family lost the plot with her, but I just felt so bad for her. She got taken advantage of. They told her that she won $12.5 million and I think she still believes that it's out there. So sad.

How I personally fight back: tell them I need time to find my credit card and ask if it is ok to put them on hold. Keep them on hold for as long as possible. At least they won’t scam another grandma while they are waiting for me.

I've had one of these scammers mention to me send a picture of the safe my company used. This set off a series of anti scammer protocols set by the company at that time. All scambait videos make me feel less embarrassed of the conversation I had to have with my boss, from when I fell victim to the first half of the scam. Thanks to you all for giving a sense of relief to all involved to these people.

The 477 dislikes are all pissed off scammers, lol. Honestly, I’m not sure why anyone (non-scammer, that is) would dislike a video that exposes these kinds of crooks.
Solution. Let's register the DNS for these banks. Point them to a parked page that says "This bank cannot be accessed from your country."
Then locally force your computer to connect to your server. Your computer will be the only one in the world with access. This will make them think its real. Worth $9/year.
Solution would be to have liar dns for those VMs he is using, then fake one real american bank website and make it point to a local server. it would be impossible for those lowlife scammers to detect it easily

He's done this on lots of livestreams recently and in some of his past videos. In his latest live stream he had 2 scammers he was working on to get information from. One was an Amazon scammer and one got very weird- started out as an Amazon scammer and ended up saying he's with the FBI and is trying to get "Stacey" out of this mess. He called them both up at the same time the other day, and it was hilarious!!
