Good video...bummed to see your store is down?
In any case, hope you don't mind if I add a couple "best practices" to what you've shown:
    Engine oil change:
1)Run the engine a few minutes to warm the oil prior to change
2)Make sure the engine oil filter o-ring comes off with the old filter as to not double stack the o-ring; as well as clean the mating surface before installing the new filter.
Gearcase drain (front or rear):Make sure to crack loose (don't remove) the fill plug before draining. This ensures you can get oil back in the gearcase.
Belt: If you are going to pull the belt, may as well blow out the dust from the clutches and wipe down the sheaves. I like to use rubbing alcohol for the cleaning.

Great input! Blowing out the clutches is a big one, especially out here in Arizona where it’s insanely dusty.
We’re currently working on getting some new designs and a new supplier so the store is down until we get that all squared away! 🤘🏻
