I used some rit dye that I just had here at home. Loved the color and saturation it gives, this would be super easy to do when you need to do a lot of flowers.

I bought sola wood flowers for my daughters wedding. Wedding is in July of next year.When would you recommend to start working on them. When should I soften them and when should I dye them.Or should I just put softener in dye. How far in advance can we make our bridal bouquet.TIA

I'm sorry I didn't see this sooner. You can start softening a Dyeing them right away! The flowers are meant to last for a very long time so you can work on them as soon as today and get them done super early 😀

It is difficult to differenciate the color on the flowers. Use lighter colors and drasticly contrasting to see the changes.
