Below average gher hai, 12+ years old construction. Poorly maintained. Old design maps. Bow dha maps trend is totally different with dirty kitchen, double height lobby, splendid washrooms etc. Ye 9 cror se zyada ka gher nai hai kisi b lehaz c. Iskay andar maintenance k buray halat hain. Ye risk b ho sakta hai k andar bohet kam ho. So this demand for an outdated, tired, very old design house is illogical
