Trust me it's muscle memory, the syncopation makes it harder to sing but it becomes natural after much practice

I am a mechanic and I totally get the structure and timing. Same as an engine.
What makes her awesome is the love and emotion when she sings and plays. Still in time, but not firing perfect, yet it is perfect. That's the human emotion playing that any mechanical or electronic device cannot replicate.

The 5 best singers I have ever heard................I recall reading that she grew up a tomboy or considered herself one. I don't know if its this song, or her musicianship(writing, vocal, instrumental)which is absolutely stunning, or just maybe because she seems to be like the girl who grew up next door who you used to get in snowball fights with!
