    I got to meet him....and have a a one on one conversation with him....I almost cryed. He is amazing...and inspires me..he sang the music for me i got chills.

    i once heard that conducting every rehearsal as if it was a performance will soon "bore" the players and won't take the gestures made during the concert as seriously.

    The combination of technique and charisma is usually aspect where a lot of conductors fail to deliver! it's not an easy task and to be able to actually control the outcome of the orchestra sound and overall performance is something that needs to be trained and gained from professional teachers!
