After 3 years of playing TPT2 i finally know how to create smooth coasters
ive been playing it since 2017 and was making really really bad coasters🧍🏻
I’ve been playing the game since it came out and yet I am still shit at rollercoasters because it turns out I am shit at life
Right
I just wanna know how to build and add details to buildings and stuff using primitives
I started in 2017 and I just found out the advanced coaster option 3 days ago😂😂
now I feel stupid, I never even noticed the advanced settings.

I remember that I build a loop for the coaster and it ended up looking like a square

yea back in like 2018 i thought you could only make a loop with the advanced editor. mine was so small if it was in real life you would get decapitated cuz your head would hit the track while upsidedown

I genuinely never knew the smoothing trick, thanks! Also another tip: the length snap, rotation snap, and snap node to grid features are very useful.
Honestly I’ve been building coasters in many different games (RCT3, planet coaster, NL2, TPT2) for a few years now and I was still able to learn very helpful information such as heart line so now I can make even better coasters

There’s an easier way to do heartline rolls: set pivot offset to 3.0, then spin the blue pivot around itself

Tip: make sure if u have enough booster to go up. test it and if it just falls down where the station is remove the hill and make more boosters
I go on advanced settings but I dont have boosters

tip 8 helped me so much thanks sadly i cant do it on inverisons sometimes
A great man once said:
"On rollercoasters a block zone is a section of ride that only one train may occupy at a time. At the end of a block zone there is a method to stop the train, in case the block zone ahead is still occupied. This is the safety system that prevents rollercoaster trains from colliding with one another. "

Yep.If you want a fast coaster dont use the junior coaster and the boring things

i use block brakes personally for like launch coasters if im making a big hill with no chainlifts
I put block brakes then i put boosters
when i first did this my coaster stopped for 2 and a half seconds and instantly launched from the boosters like kingda ka

I created my park 1500 days ago. It might be my original. I think I’ve deleted it twice. But on the same save file.
Little tip: You can use the pivot offset tool to have a heartline in your rolls
no its snappy as hell
And it is clippy and ugly i get ocd from looking at the banking start
@@Damnmalik If you fiddle around with the nodes and the pivot offset you'll be able to make it smoother.

hey can you tell me how to make a any type of ride in the game i master at making the entrance but i get confused on the exists because it wont build up the exist when i lined it up the tutorial didn't help either

Whenever I use advanced editor it keeps on not letting me use the normal editor after changing a track
Thats because the basic editor is on the grid. if you want to switch for advanced to basic you need to click the button snap to grid, in your coaster build menu. Its on the right

Correction: the green dot is only the X axis, and the red dot is the Y axis. The Z axes isn’t even relevant.

Thing is about the advanced editor, i play on xbox not mobile or pc, and you cant use advanced editor on xbox
